Ticket Prices and Pot Size

  • $1 per ticket for pot of $0 – $50,000
  • $2 per ticket for pot of $50,001- $150,000
  • $5 per ticket for pot of $150,001 – $300,000
  • $10 per ticket for pot over $300,001

Number of Possible Winners:

  • Queen of Hearts, 1 winner, 100% of jackpot prize if present, 50% of jackpot size if not
    present
  • King of Hearts, 1 winner, 50% of jackpot prize if present, 25% of jackpot prize if not present
  • Jokers, 2 winners, 20% of jackpot prize if present, 10% of jackpot prize if not present
  • Queen of Spades, Diamonds & Clubs, 3 winners, 20% of jackpot prize if present, 10% of
    jackpot prize if not present

Other Ways to Win:

  • If we draw your name and you are present and you do not pick Queen of hearts or a money
    card, you win 5% of jackpot.
  • 2 winners each week will win a Q of hearts T-shirt, winners must be present.
  • 5 winners each week will win surprise items, winners must be present.

Rules and Regulations of Game:

  • Lose your ticket stub, you cannot be a winner of anything even if you show identification.
  • Your first and last name, card number and phone number must be on ticket or your ticket will
    be disqualified.
  • No group names on tickets, they will be disqualified.
  • Winning monies will be paid out on the day following the drawing after 12pm at Magic Tree.
  • Magic Tree is selling tickets each Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
    Saturday between the hours of 12pm-8pm. On Tuesday, ticket sales are from 12pm-7:00pm
    AND after the drawing until close.
  • Drawing is each Tuesday at 7:30pm.
  • Tickets are destroyed after each drawing.
  • Venue will change ticket colors each week.
  • Owners, staff nor management of Magic Tree will draw the winning tickets each week.
  • Owners, staff nor management of Magic Tree are eligible to enter weekly Queen of Hearts
    drawing.
  • Magic Tree Management reserves right to change any or all of the rules of game after a
    drawing and before selling tickets for the next weekly drawing. Any rule changes will be
    posted on our website www.magictreepubandeatery.com.
